Whelp, we just wrapped Thanksgiving! I hope you had a beautiful day yesterday. Enjoyed the food without shame or guilt for what you ate.

Today, I want you to simply move on. Pick up right where you left off.

Do any punishing workouts – no grueling workouts!
Do not starve yourself today! No starvation tactics.

You don’t have to earn your food nor do you have to work it off either. NEVER!


Resume normal eating today. Hydrate hydrate. Eat your veggies, your protein, etc.

Move because we get to.
Move because you enjoy, it’s a form of self-care, not for punishment.
Move because it’s a gift!

Use that extra fuel today, those extra calories – put some extra plates on the bar! Lift some heavy shit today!
