Today’s Five Fitness Friday Favorites is 5 movements that you can do with 1 Kettlebell! Grab a kettlebell and do some work. 3 sample workouts below. ⬇️⬇️
1. Goblet Squat
2. Goblet Clean
3. Goblet Reverse Lunges
4. Strict Press, Push Press, and Push Jerk
5. Bentover Rows
Sample Workout 1
1. Goblet Squat – 5 Reps (Light KB) Add a 3 sec pause at the bottom
2. Alternating Reverse Lunges – 10 reps total
3. Goblet Front Squat with a Push Press – 5 reps per side
4. Goblet Cleans – 10 reps
Sample Workout 2 – Ladder Style: 1, 2,3….. and 10, 9, 8,
1 Squat – 10 Goblet Cleans
2 Squats – 9 Goblet Cleans
3 Squats – 8 Goblet Cleans
Sample Workout 3
1. Goblet Squat 8-10 reps
2. Goblet Reverse Lunges 8 reps (L)
3. Push Jerk 8 reps (L)
4. Goblet Squat to a Goblet Clean 8 – 10 reps
5. Goblet Reverse Lunges 8 reps (R)
