Workout Wednesdsay: Total Body Builder!

Alrighty y’all let’s get with this Total Body Builder!

1. 1.5 DB Goblet Squats: 10 reps 🍑
2. Lateral Lunge/Hammer Curl/Press: 8-10 reps ea side💪🏾
3. Push-up/Plank Shoulder Taps: 8-10 reps
4. DB Single Leg Row: 8-10 reps ea side
5. BW Step-ups w/ Glute Kickback: 8-10 ea side🍑

** Rest at the bottom of the circuit
** Complete 3-5 Rounds

Bonus: 5 Minute Finisher💦

1. Squat Thrust – 10 reps
2. Jump Rope -20 jumps
** If doing this with a partner – jump until the person finishes the Squat Thrusts and then you two alternate between the 2 exercises.
