All you need is a one Kettlebell, no KB, grab a dumbbell and workout with me!
Here’s the workout:
1. Goblet Clean x5
2. Kettlebell Clean (L) x5
3. Goblet Clean x5
4. Kettlebell Clean (R) x5
5. Goblet Clean x5
6. Goblet Alternating Lunges x10
7. Kettlebell Swings x10
3-5 Rounds | 25-30 minutes give or take | Sweet, Sweaty, and Effective
