Kettlebell Double Header

Y’all are gonna love this one! I put and did this lil number together at the RV before I went on an almost 8-mile hike up Exit Glacier. Didn’t know we were going until after or else I might have waited to do this one the next day. Lol!

If you love Kettlebell work, even if you don’t you should. Kettlebells are very versatile, and they build strength and conditioning all in one. They will work you a bit different than the dumbbells.

This is a total body work – hit dem quads, glutes, shoulders, and core all in one workout in 25 minutes. What’s not to love?! Try it and let me know how it goes!

The Workout:

Circuit 1: KB Swing- Front Squat- Strict Press Ladder: 1-5 reps.
– Will be adding a rep to the Front Squat and Strict Press for each round all the way up to 5
– Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Circuit 2: Kettlebell Push-ups x 10 + Kettlebell Cleans x 10
– Set the timer and complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
