What to do after you Overindulge?

You ate it, but you don’t need to negate it ever!

  1. You don’t actually have to do nothing.
  2. I hope you enjoyed every bite and really ate the candy that you love.
  3. You don’t have to earn food. Nor punish yourself with restriction or extra exercise.
  4. Enjoy the treats without shame, guilt, or stress.


Simply just move on! Get right back on the proverbial track. All is not lost, it never is. We are human; we will overeat from time to time. Pick up right where you left off!
