What to do after you Overindulge?
You ate it, but you don’t need to negate it ever!
- You don’t actually have to do nothing.
- I hope you enjoyed every bite and really ate the candy that you love.
- You don’t have to earn food. Nor punish yourself with restriction or extra exercise.
- Enjoy the treats without shame, guilt, or stress.
Simply just move on! Get right back on the proverbial track. All is not lost, it never is. We are human; we will overeat from time to time. Pick up right where you left off!
