No KB, you can use a dumbbell. I would recommend just one KB for the swings though.
I set a timer and did a 15 AMRAP:
* Double Kettlebell Swings x 10-15 reps
* Goblet Squat x 5-10 reps
* Single Arm KB Press x 5 reps ea side
I hear it all the time from folks that they just don’t have the time. Well, if you want to find the time or make the time, you can get it in anywhere/anytime with quick workouts that hit lower and upper body – total body plus conditioning mixed in.
If your Fitness is important to you or a priority, you will find the time.
