I LOVE the comrade and encouragement of being in a group. Motivating each other and checking in with progress and hiccups makes a group challenge for me.

I am stronger than I was the last time I did this challenge. 🙂 Consistency is key, every little step builds to the next one. If I miss a day, I can just jump in to the next day and I am already back in the game.

What SPECIFIC results did you achieve during the Juicy Booty June Challenge?

I don’t always see results from 2 weeks of work, but I definitely have lift in my booty! I love visual results, my flat back is a bit more bubble. I also was able to increase my weights by about 15% in some of the movements.

How do you FEEL today, versus when you started the Juicy Booty June Challenge?

I FEEL more confident in being a strong woman on purpose. The structured workouts and schedule make me feel organized, which I am not usually.

I totally wish I could get together with the other participants and Candace in a group session at the gym. 🙂 I feel like we are all kindred spirits, at least in booty haha. This type of challenge with fb interaction is the next best thing. Can’t wait for the next one. ~Jen W.

What is the Juicy Booty Challenge?

Juicy Booty June is a 14 Day Consistency Challenge to Build, Boost, and Burn your Glutes!  It will also help you stay consistent with your fitness game during the busy summer months!

Ready to build your glutes, have fun, and see how simple it is to keep your lifting game STRONG throughout the summer months?

Plus, you could win a sweet prize from me for being consistent and actively participating in the Challenge group.

So, everyone who joins the challenge and is highly engaged will get entries into the pot for the chance to win the prize. The goal is to complete 8 workouts in 14 days as well as 14 mini-challenges – one for each day of the challenge. You will get 1 entry for every workout or mini-challenge that you complete. The winner (one) will be selected at random.

     🍑 The Challenge is going down in a closed Facebook group with other like-minded women who are ready to keep their fitness game strong throughout the Summer months.

     🍑 Equipment – you’ll need dumbbells, a kettlebell, a barbell if you have access, if not there will be substitutions for the barbell exercises, a mini band – this is a smaller band without handles that you can place around your knees, and a resistance band or access to a cable machine.

If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells lying around, I’d encourage to purchase a pair from your local sporting goods store. Excellent investment, these dumbbells will become handy in those busy seasons of life.

     🍑 The workouts can be completed anywhere – living room, hotel, backyard, or if you do have the time, you can get it in at the gym too. The workouts will be 45 ish - 60 minutes in length – that’s it because we are busy and have things to do, we want to be out and about!

Challenge Deets:

  • The Challenge starts on Monday, June 1st, and runs until Sunday, June 14th!
  • Everyone who signs up for the challenge may have a chance to be eligible for the prize. One winner will be chosen!
  • The goal is to complete 8 workouts and 14 mini-challenges to get entries into the pot to win the prize at the end of the challenge. You’ll do so by checking in into the group daily – posting that you completed the workout of the day and the mini-challenge for proof. It will work on an honor system!
  • I will be providing the workouts with video demos! No guesswork on your part.
  • The more you participate, the more entries you get for the prize. So, if you complete the 8 workouts and 14 mini-challenges and checks-in daily, that’s 22 entries for the prize drawing on Wednesday, June 17th to win the prize!!
I completely enjoyed the Juicy Booty June challenge and learned a lot. Both my sister and I were impressed with Candace’s organizational skills, her knowledge about strength training and her complete generosity in sharing very well thought out and clear workouts complete with links to video demonstrations of how to perform the exercises. The whole thing was absolutely great and I would recommend it to anybody.
