Virtual Group Fitness Training
No Gym, STRONG friends?! No problem!
Get STRONG and Fit with your friends, right at home!
You may be looking for a way to keep your fitness game strong and stay connected with others like you used to do in person at the gym.
Want the camaraderie of group training? Have a couple of friends that can join you, virtually or in-person? If you have 3-5 people that want to train, I’ve got an option for you!
Let's keep your fitness game STRONG & consistent by modifying, improvising, or adjusting your workouts so that you can get it in right at home!
Here are the deets of how the class structure goes:
- 3-5 people per class. Friends, family, coworkers - you bring the people, I’ll bring the fitness!
- This is for you and your group - I will not add strangers to the sessions. This means it will be personalized to you, and you will train with people you’re comfortable with.
- We’ll meet based on the best time for your group two or three times a week via a Zoom Conference.
- Payments must be paid in full, for 12 sessions - 2 or 3 times a week.
- If you cannot make the live class. I will send you the replay (recording) after the training session so that you can still get your training session in on your own time!
- The workouts will consist of All Body workouts, meaning that you will train the upper body and lower body in the same workout.
- Equipment: You'll need a set of 1-2 dumbbells, a booty band (a band that loops around the legs without handles), and a resistance band - this one should have handles!
How does small group training virtually actually work?
- The training sessions will be held via the Zoom Platform. Zoom is a FREE video conference software that you can download to your mobile device, tablet, or computer.
- We will train using Zoom at the scheduled times that will work best for your small group. I will be able to see you, and you’ll be able to see me via the Zoom Platform. This is how I will train your small group through the workouts.
