Band Resisted Dumbbell 1.5 Romanian Deadlift

romanian deadlift

Have you ever added a resistance band to your exercises? If not, you should. It’s a great tool to enhance your training!

I’m using @nick_tumminello amazing NT Loop to add resistance to my Romanian Deadlifts. I looped the band around a slide-out tray inside the storage compartment in my RV. #improvising

No NT Loop, no problem, a super band (a band without handles) works as well.

Loop it around a sturdy anchor point about hip height, and you are good to go!

Adding the band to the Romanian Deadlift will help you hone the hip hinge pattern – improve your hinge, provide extra resistance, and it will also up the intensity of the hamstring stretch!

Your hammies will be working overtime!💪🏾🔥 Bands are my favorite, and these NT Loops are the bomb.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

And STRONG friends, do the best that you can with what you have available during these times – Adjust, Adapt, Modify, and Improvise. 💪🏾

We GOT This – We are getting through this! 😘

Train Smart, get STRONG, Have Fun, Lift The Things, Chase Performance, not Fatigue!
