When time is of the essence, adjust, adapt, and be flexible with your workouts so that you can still get it. IF you do that you CAN and WILL stay consistent throughout the holiday season!

In this IGTV episode, I discuss 3 ways that you can adapt your workouts so that you can still get them in when time is of the essence!

1️⃣ Incorporate supersets within your workouts – pair a push/pull or a lower and upper body movement.

2️⃣ Strength Circuits – Perform 5-6 exercises back to back then rest at the bottom of the circuit.
– Some options are to complete rounds (3-5) or go for time (AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible – 15-30 minutes) but with good form – as many rounds as PRETTY.

3️⃣ EMOM Circuits – Complete an exercise on every minute – rest for the rest of the minute and then move on to the next exercise.

Sample Workout:

1. Goblet Squats x 10
2. Dumbbell Push-Press x 8-10
3. Dumbbell Alternating Reverse Lunges x 8-10 ea side
4. Dumbbell Push-ups x 10

—— Rest 30 sec to 1 minute, then repeat either for 20-30 minutes or 3-5 rounds

4️⃣ BONUS tip – Use the equipment that you have available. For example, if you’re training at home and your workout calls barbells sub dumbbells or kettlebells in place of the barbells!

So, give that workout shot and implement those tips and lemme know how it goes!!
