The Tanksgiving Challenge runs from November 18th - December 1st!
All the Deets below:
- The Challenge is going down in a closed Facebook group with other like-minded women who are ready to keep their fitness game strong through the holidays.
- What you'll need equipment wise: is a set or two of DB’s, a mini band - ya know one of them booty bands, and a band with handles! I would recommend that you have a light and medium to a heavy pair of dumbbells, if you don’t, you can adjust the workout based on what dumbbells you have available. If you don’t have a pair laying around, I’d encourage to purchase a pair from your local sporting goods store. Very good investment, these dumbbells will become handy in those busy seasons of life.
- This isn't just a workout challenge; I'll also be teaching you the tools and strategies to keep your Nutrition habits in check too! You'll know exactly how to navigate all those goodies this holiday season - no depriving yourself - we don't do that over here, cause ain't nobody got time for that!
- The workouts can be completed anywhere - living room, hotel, backyard, or if you do have the time, you can get it in fast and quick at the gym. The workouts will be 20-30-ish minutes in length - that’s it, because we are busy and have things to do!
- Upon signing up for the challenge you'll receive a Welcome email with additional info on how everything will take place. We will be kicking things off Monday, November 18th, in our closed Facebook Group with a Welcome To Tanksgiving Facebook Live! Be ready for some fun, some lifting of the things, support and accountability!

I created this challenge because I know how easy it can be to just hit pause on your fitness because you can't get to the gym or feel like you just don’t have the time during the holidays. I’ve been there, done that, and I know that it doesn’t have to be that way.
If you just adjust your expectations and do a lil something, adjust your workout sessions, you can still keep it moving, feel strong, feel confident, and feel good in your skin throughout the holiday season and beyond!
