STRONG friends, the Juicy Booty June Challenge is back!! Are you ready?!
Ready to build your glutes, have fun, and see how simple it is to keep your lifting game STRONG throughout the summer months?
Plus, you could win a sweet prize from me for being consistent and actively participating in the Challenge group.
So, everyone who joins the challenge and is highly engaged will get entries into the pot for the chance to win the prize. The goal is to complete 10 workouts in 14 days as well as 14 mini challenges – one for each day of the challenge. You will get 1 entry for every workout or mini challenge that you complete. The winner (one) will be selected at random.
What is the Juicy Booty Challenge?
Juicy Booty June is a 14 Day Consistency Challenge to Build, Boost, and Burn your Glutes! It will help you stay consistent with your fitness game during the busy summer months!
🍑 The Challenge is going down in a closed Facebook group with other like-minded women who are ready to keep their fitness game strong throughout the Summer months.
🍑 Equipment – you’ll need dumbbells, a kettlebell, a barbell if you have access, if not there will be substitutions for the barbell exercises, a mini band – this is a smaller band without handles that you can place around your knees, and a resistance band or access to a cable machine.
If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells laying around, I’d encourage to purchase a pair from your local sporting goods store. Excellent investment, these dumbbells will become handy in those busy seasons of life.
🍑 The workouts can be completed anywhere – living room, hotel, backyard, or if you do have the time, you can get it in at the gym too. The workouts will be 30-40 ish minutes in length – that’s it because we are busy and have things to do, we want to be out and about!
- The Challenge Starts on Monday, June 3rd, and runs until Sunday June 16th!
- Everyone who signs up for the challenge may have a chance to be eligible for the prize. One winner will be chosen!
- The goal is to complete 10 workouts and 14 mini challenges to get entries into the pot to win the prize at the end of the challenge. You’ll do so by checking in into the group daily – posting that you completed the workout of the day and the mini challenge for proof. It will work on an honor system!
- I will be providing the workouts with video demos! No guess work on your part.
- The more you participate, the more entries you get for the prize. So, if you complete the 10 workouts and 14 mini-challenges and checks-in daily, that’s 24 entries for the prize drawing on Monday June 17th to win the prize!!

Hi, I’m Candace and I am so excited that you want to be part of The Juicy Booty June Challenge! I love training glutes! Training your glutes is imperative ladies for good back health, healthy knees, and course a banging strong booty!
I am the CEO of Beauty of Strength, and I coach women through quitting the yo-yo diet cycle and how to maximize their physique results through Lifting the Things (Strength Training).
I created this challenge because I know how easy it can be just to hit pause on your fitness when you can’t get to the gym or feel like you just don’t have the time during the summer. I’ve been there, done that, and I know that it doesn’t have to be that way.
If you just adjust your expectations and do a lil something, adjust your workout sessions, you can still keep it moving, feel strong, feel confident, and feel good in your skin throughout the Summer season and beyond!

Right after signing up for the challenge, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with the next steps on how everything will take place. We will be kicking things off Monday, June 3rd, in our closed Facebook Group with a Welcome to Juicy Booty June Facebook Live – TBA!
